Sam Ferguson - Group Chief Executive Officer, EDM Group

Sam has more than 20 years’ experience leading business services companies operating in the technology and business process outsourcing sector. As CEO of EDM Group, Sam has direct responsibility for driving forward the company’s unique end-to-end outsourcing solutions to enable customers to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer service and reduce regulatory risk.

Prior to joining EDM, Sam held a number of high profile roles including General Manager for Microgen PLC and an executive board position for Barclays Technology Services. An entrepreneur at heart, he has built multiple high-growth companies specialising in document management and outsourcing services.  Notably, he set up Edotech Ltd. in 1999 after leading a management buy-out of a small in-house department at Barclays.  Within four years, through a successful strategy of high organic sales growth and successful acquisitions in the UK and Europe, he had grown Edotech to revenues of more than £100 million with profits of more than £12 million. 

Mark Jones - Group Chief Finance Officer, EDM Group

Mark is responsible for finance, legal and acquisitions and works closely with the sales team. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte (Spicer and Pegler) in 1988, following which he worked in private equity for six years for Murray Johnstone. Since 1995 he has been involved in the IT services industry, including the successful build of an IT recruitment and consulting business which grew turnover from £40m to a run rate of £90m at the time of its sale to Hays PLC in 1999.

Tomas Gronager - Group Chief Operations Officer, EDM Group

Tomas has more than 20 years’ experience operating services companies operating in the records management, support services and business process outsourcing sector. As COO of EDM Group, Tomas has direct responsibility for operating the customer facing service solutions that enable customers to improve operational efficiency, enhance their customer service and reduce regulatory risk.

Prior to joining EDM Group as COO, Tomas  held a number of high profile roles including CEO for Sala Information Management Ltd.  and Senior Vice President with the global outsourcer ISS working in a number of continents. An entrepreneur at heart, he has been involved in building companies specialising in records & information management, outsourcing & support services.
