Scan-on-Demand provides an inexpensive solution when the scanning of a large archive of documents isn’t justifiable – perhaps because the retrieval rate is too low. We collect and safely store your documents in our box storage accommodation. You and your employees can then contact us as and when you need to access specific pieces of information, and we will locate the document, scan it and return it to you in the required format to an agreed service level. Because we only scan what you need to view, this is an extremely cost-effective solution. Your documents can be on paper, microfilm or microfiche, or a mixture of media types. Users can take advantage of all the benefits of image-based working, such as anytime, anywhere access and easy document sharing, and you’ll be able to save time spent searching for information and free up space previously taken up by rarely-used files.
